DR JESSICA HOU

DENTIST

Dr Jess graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 with honours. She brings a wealth of experience and clinical skill to the Collaroy Dental team. She is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry and has completed postgraduate training in orthodontics and oral surgery. She is able to perform  wisdom teeth removal under conscious (twilight) sedation at Collaroy Dental.

Dr Jess brings a glass-half-full positivity to the team. She is deeply committed to offering the best care to her patients by staying up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry. She is especially gentle and empathetic towards anxious patients of all ages. Dr Jess is also passionate about prevention of dental disease and promoting oral health in the community.

She has worked as an oral health educator with the National Dental Foundation. She has also travelled to Vanuatu as a volunteer delivering emergency dental services to remote communities. When she’s not looking at teeth, Jess enjoys sketching, horse riding and going to the beach.

Dr Jess is also able to speak Mandarin.
